4. Edit the server.properties File:

server.propertiesfile for editing. This file contains essential configuration settings, including the ones for view and simulation distances. - Find the
view-distanceandsimulation-distancesettings within the file, which may look similar to:view-distance=10 simulation-distance=10 - Adjust the Values: For enhancing performance, change the values to:
view-distance=7 simulation-distance=4
This adjustment reduces the view distance to improve performance without altering the simulation distance.
5. Save Changes:
- After modification, ensure to save your changes to the
server.propertiesfile. There should be a save or similar button in the file editor interface.
6. Restart Your Server:
- To apply the adjusted settings, restart your Minecraft server by clicking the "Restart" button on your server's control panel page.
